'Hudson' Big Drover is a 75% Superwash non-mulsed Australian Merino 25% Nylon Sock/8ply/DK weight yarn. A acid dyed self striping colour changing yarn of 3 colours. Each colour will give you approximately a 4-5 row colour repeat on 3.5mm needles on a 48 st sock knitting pattern.
Big Drover is a soft strong yarn that is suitable for socks and other hand made projects.
Approx225m/100g per skein. Gentle hand wash with wool wash.
Whilst you can technically achieve a pair of sock with 100g of DK weight yarn, it is advised to use contrast colours for the heels, toes and cuffs to allow for striping symmetry and leg and foot length.
